Wallangarra is a village on the border between Queensland and New South Wales. It is the twin village of Jennings with Wallangarra north of the border in Queensland and Jennings south of border in New South Wales. Wallangarra lies in a valley 878 metres above sea level, between Girraween National Park and Sundown National Park which are both branches of the Great Dividing Range. The village has a Post Office, Butcher, Newsagency and Takeaway store scattered over a large area.
