Captain Logan Campground

This campground is beside the Wivenhoe Dam. It is a very popular spot so bookings are essentials especially at peak times i.e. School Holidays, Long Weekends, Easter and Christmas. Facilities include : Covered picnic tables : Fireplaces – supply your own wood or you can purchase wood from the office : Toilets : Water : Showers – hot and cold : Power : Rubbish bins provided : NO dogs allowed : Suitable for caravans up to 17 foot long only and then it is a tight squeeze : NO generators allowed : Camping fees apply – see caretaker before parking.

Turn east off Brisbane Valley Way, 27 kilometres south of Esk and 15 kilometres north of Fernvale onto Hay Road. Travel 1.2 kilometres then turn left onto Logan Inlet Road. From here just follow the signs. It is only a few kilometres to the camping area.

Lumley Hill Camping Area

This campground is beside the Wivenhoe Dam. It is a very popular spot so bookings are essentials especially at peak times i.e. School Holidays, Long Weekends, Easter and Christmas. Refer to website for booking requirements. There is a boat ramp for the avid fisherman.
