Lake St Clair

This camping area is beside the lake and has lots of shady trees. An entrance fee plus a camping fee apply and bookings are essential for powered sites. If you plan to do some fishing while you are there, you can pick up a fishing licence from the caretaker. For more information phone the caretaker on (02) 6577 3370.

Turn north off the New England Highway at the traffic lights, 500 metres north west of the Hunter River, onto Bridgman Road. Travel 16 kilometres then veer right onto Carrow Brook Road. Travel 17 kilometres to the eastern side of the dam then turn left to the recreation and camping area.
