Pallamallawa is on Gwydir Highway (B76)
Pallamallawa is a small rural village on the banks of the Gwydir River. It is commonly referred to by locals as ‘Pally’. The region's agriculture industries are diverse and include cotton, pecans, beef cattle, cereals and rotational legumes. Olive groves are also starting to make their mark. The village has a number of food and grocery outlets, post office with banking facilities, a cafe/takeaway and a pub.
