Gerogery is on Olympic Highway (A41)

Gerogery was originally inhabited by the Wiradjuri people, and the town was named after the Wiradjuri word for magpies, which are in abundance in the area. When visiting Gerogery, call into the Gregory Supply Store at 1 Main Street where you can pick up maps, brochures and other information relating to specific events as well as local information. Main Street runs west off the Olympic Highway.
