Cobargo's streetscape features many turn of the century buildings and olden-style stores such as leather craftworks, potteries, art galleries, tea rooms and antique shops. It is a dairy farming area and this is reflected by the many cow silhouettes along the main street, outside the shops. The Visitor Information Centre, is on the Princes Highway in the centre of town and is open Thursday to Monday from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
